Close to golf, restaurants and less than 10 mins to Puerto Banus and Marbella this villa is built on 3 levels with plenty of outdoor space and has 5 double bedrooms, an open plan middle floor with light and space and a private garden and pool. An extremely spacious villa where everyone can relax and have their own space or be together in a group. Built on 3 levels each level has great terraces with the upper terrace having sun all day and great views. The upper level has 2 bedrooms and a shared family bathroom. The middle level is an open plan lounge, diner and fully fitted kitchen aswell as 1 double bedroom and ensuite shower room. There are doors out to the covered terrace with a chill out area to relax, an outdoor dining table and gas BBQ. The garden has lots of sunbeds and areas of sun and shade aswell as your own private pool. The lower level has 2 bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms, a utility room with washing machine and dryer, 2 additional lounge areas perfect for chilling out and the pool table which provides fun entertainment for all the family. Both bedrooms on the lower level have doors which lead out to their own terrace with a ping pong table and direct access to the gardens and pool. The villa is accessed by a private driveway with parking or 2 or more cars.
